Bottle Boring Process involves cutting of internal contour by using CNC actuated cutting instrument. This specific method is useful for maintaining precision of depth of generated hole. Usually, this process is utilized for attaining maximum 20,000 mm depth and up to 630 mm dimension of generated hole. Shape of created hole resembles to the appearance of a bottle. Generated hole has multiple regions that include quasi cylindrical fluid inlet section, transitional region and quasi cylindrical fluid output region. This boring technique is executed under the supervision of qualified personnel by using latest machines. Production cost of this process is affordable.
